Based in Wolverhampton, and operating from the Middleton Group owned business park, Middleton Food Products is a family owned company investing in UK people and products.

Established in 1989, Middleton Food Products has rapidly developed into a nationally and internationally known company providing foods coatings, mixes and customer service to the very highest of standards.

This means that not only does Middleton Food Products continually strive to increase its range of quality products, but also to work in conjunction with our clients to guarantee that their requirements are met and that they can concentrate on providing the very best.

To ensure that we are always looking to improve, both as an EFSIS investor in people and to upgrade our automated machinery, Middleton’s work to EFSIS higher certification and we implement an ongoing National Vocational training program to maintain the highest of standards.

On our core fish frying sector we maintain a team of professionals providing assistance when required.  Our sales representatives provide nationwide coverage and our telesales operatives are on hand to answer your questions.

Currently manufacturing over 6000 tonnes of finished product per year, our portfolio of customers includes the leading distributors to the fish and chip, food service and bakery sectors, major supermarkets, theme parks, restaurant chains and individual customers alike and includes customers from Europe, America and Australasia.
